Changes & cancellations
Please check your chosen size, personalization, and shipping address before ordering.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll help if production hasn’t started, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed. Once production begins, the order can no longer be changed or canceled.
Personalized items
Because your blanket is made with your chosen name, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or personalization entered incorrectly at checkout.
This does not apply to damaged, defective, or incorrectly made items.
If something isn’t right
If your blanket arrives damaged, defective, or different from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement cannot be provided, we’ll refund the affected item.

Your blanket will be made using the personalization submitted with your order. Please double-check spelling and punctuation.
Slight variations in color and woven detail are a natural part of the process and may differ from the digital preview.

What if my blanket arrives damaged or with the wrong name?
Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If your blanket arrives damaged or the name doesn’t match your order, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost once the issue is confirmed.
